Adam and the Cast of Damages

Further exploration into Adam’s activities uncovered more information on Damages (Working Title), as Fox Television likes to call it:

Executive producer Jonathan Lisco (‘NYPD Blue,’ ‘The District, ‘Jack & Bobby’) has created a fearless drama about the moral dilemma of being a lawyer in America today. DAMAGES focuses on four young Chicago attorneys — all complex, all like us in many ways — who must resist the seductive power of their profession if they are to have truly meaningful personal lives.

JACK SHALE (Cole Hauser, ‘ER,’ ‘Good Will Hunting’) is a brilliant but morally ambiguous litigator with blue-collar roots whose natural charm and intensity threaten to take him over the edge. His best friend EVAN WEXLER (Adam Rothenberg, ‘Misconceptions’) is caught between the boss who’s making advances and his family at home. SUSAN KEEVER (Kristin Lehman, ‘Judging Amy’), a lawyer with high ideals, is trying to hold onto them while harboring a terrible secret. And Susan’s roommate JENNIFER CARILLO (Sarah Shahi, ‘The L Word’), a sexy, ambitious State’s Attorney, is fighting for justice while discovering the limits of what she will sacrifice.

Brash and close to the bone, DAMAGES combines the pace and wit of ‘The West Wing’ with the intrigue of ‘The Firm.’ In addition to telling compelling legal stories, the series also will probe the ways in which their jobs affect the lawyers themselves. Each week, Damages will take an amusing and provocative approach as it cross-examines work, love and all that we value.

DAMAGES is directed by Jon Amiel (‘Entrapment’) and produced by 20th Century Fox Television.

They’re like us, in many ways. Can’t wait.
